The World Manufacturing Foundation 2020-2025 Strategic Plan details precise goals, tools, actions. It is a key, functional tool to involve and define the core activities of the Foundation and the involvement of its stakeholders.
The main activities developed are: Stakeholders Engagement, Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Survey strategy, Content strategy and curation, Visual Design, Video Animation, Website Design.
The definition of the “Theory of Change” applied to the context of the Foundation consisted in the study of the logical framework phases focusing on methodological. This allowed for the definition of the areas of impact, outcome, outputs and inputs.
